Local Gourmet
The chef and owner, Gilberto Duarte, comes from the beautiful state of Michoacan Mexico. He began his first restaurant in 1983 with his cousins in Salem, Oregon.
After years working with his cousins, he went to business for himself along with his son, Gilbert Jr. and family, continuing to serve delicious food to the customers that they’ve grown to love over so many years.
